What is considered an Outage?
Any system down that affects 3 or more people is considered an outage. If this is the case please notify either the SME, T2, or Rachel so we can fill this out and send it.
We should use the IT communications mailbox to send the communication. (IT.communication@mirumpharma.com)
PLEASE REMEMBER TO ADD THE DL TO THE BCC FIELD WHEN SENDING THIS OUT.
CC both Sam and Bruce on the message
Once the system has been restored, a follow up message should be sent to confirm.
