Accessing the Zscaler Client Connector Portal

  1. Log into Zscaler Admin by selecting its tile on your Okta My Apps page (https://mirumpharma.okta.com/app/UserHome)
  2. Hover over "Policy" on the left hand side, and select "Zscaler Client Connector Portal"
  3. Select "Enrolled Devices" at the top
  4. Change filter to "Machine Hostname (Exact Match)" and enter the hostname for the device you are looking for
  5. Select the document icon for the device
  6. Scroll down to the "Compliance Status" section
    1. Here you will see the One-Time Passwords (OTP) for the specific device, which you can use to log the user out of Zscaler, or to uninstall Zscaler from the user's machine.
    2. This OTP can be provided to the user, it is specific to their device and can only be used once. You can use this password in situations where you can not connect to the user's computer to enter the admin Zscaler password

  7. If that doesn't work, you can also try the "Force Remove" button
    1. When you remove a device, the user is logged out, but the app is not uninstalled from the device
    2. Device is removed immediately, and the device state changes to "Removed"
