If you get a ticket about a name change for a user, please do the following procedures below. 


NOTE: The email will not change for the user with wanting the name change.


1. Sign into Okta > Search for the users profile 

2. Under the user's profile, you will see 4 options to choose from (Application, Groups, Profile, and Devices) 

3. Click on Profile 


4. Then you will click on the blue "Edit" button in the upper right hand corner. 


 


The changes should already be made by HR regarding First Name and Last Name updates. If this is not accurate, reach out to them. 



5. Scroll down the user's profile and where it states O365 Proxy Address then input smtp:firstname.lastname@mirumpharma.com

In this section you should put the new email address for the user in this section

6. Navigate to O365 Hide From GAL, make sure that since the user is active to choose the drop down to be False. 

7. Once complete, click the blue "Save" button
