The "Open hyperlinks from Outlook in" option must be set in Outlook or else links will still open in Edge
1. Open Outlook
2. Go to file > options
3. Click on Advanced tab
4. Make sure "Open hyperlinks from Outlook in" is set to "Default Browser"
