Step 2: Account Provisioning

- Search for Namely
- Click Import
- Find the new hire's name
- Click the checkbox and "Confirm Assignment" > then "Confirm" once again
- The Microsoft 0365 license is automatically assigned to the user through automation. Confirm that the user's profile contains the appropriate license.
- Go to the user's profile and click on the GROUPS tab.
- Verify that the Microsoft O365 license is assigned (Premium, App 365, Std, Intune, Defender)
- When the user's account is created, they can sign in using their credentials:
- Username: firstname.lastname@mirumpharma.com
- Password: M1rum2024!
Reassign the ticket to Anand Premnath for CW/Veeva
- Include a note indicating whether the user is a GxP user (important!!)
You can verify GXP info in Okta Profile:

Step 6: Zoom Meeting
- Go to the Outlook Application and Calendar
- Click New Event
- Click on the Zoom Plug In and "Add a Meeting"
- Add title "New Hire IT Orientation"
- Invite each new hire's personal and work emails to this calendar invite.
- Set the invite time to 10 AM PST and toggle the In-person events.
- If they are in EU contact Vera Portmann on which room to book and adjust time zone to their location
