Follow these steps carefully to complete the LOA process for an employee or contractor. If you have questions, consult the IT Support team.

  1. When receiving a ticket in Freshdesk clearly stating that the user has left for LOA from HR continue the process below. 
  2. Okta Admin: Initial Change
    • Log in to your Okta account and navigate to Okta Admin.
    • Go to Workflows > Delegated Flows.
    • Select "Start LoA" and click Run.
  3. Resolve Freshdesk Ticket
    • Resolve Freshdesk Ticket

      1. Once the process is complete, return to Freshdesk.

      2. Tag the ticket appropriately and mark it as Resolved
