Follow these steps carefully to complete the LOA process for an employee or contractor. If you have questions, consult the IT Support team.
- When receiving a ticket in Freshdesk clearly stating that the user has left for LOA from HR continue the process below.
- Okta Admin: Initial Change
- Log in to your Okta account and navigate to Okta Admin.
- Go to Workflows > Delegated Flows.
- Select "Start LoA" and click Run.
- Log in to your Okta account and navigate to Okta Admin.
- Resolve Freshdesk Ticket
Resolve Freshdesk Ticket
Once the process is complete, return to Freshdesk.
Tag the ticket appropriately and mark it as Resolved
