We found a resolution to resolve the Veeva CRM syncing issue. Please reinstall the Veeva app, steps are located below.
Steps to Reinstall Veeva App:
- Locate all Veeva CRM app on Home Screen (should only be 1, but in case there are more)
- Long press on the Veeva CRM app > Remove App.
- Wait 5 minutes, the app should reinstall. If not, proceed to step 3.
- (optional) Launch “Comp Portal” from your home screen.
- Click on “Devices” on the bottom of the screen once the app launches
- Click on “Check Status”
- Go back to the home screen, Veeva CRM should reappear
- Launch Veeva CRM and login as usual using your Mirum email
- Sync will start
