Whitelist/blacklist sender or domain.

Audience –Tier 1, Tier 2, Internal

Description: Proper method to whitelist/blacklist a sender or domain.

Procedure:

1. Navigate to https://security.microsoft.com/antispam?tid=a1989840-3eb8-419d-a5a2-fc575c0bbb23
2. You should end up on the Anti-spam policies screen 
3. Click on Anti-spam inbound policy
4. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click “Edit allowed and blocked senders and domains” 
5. From here pick Sender or Domain that you wish to block or allow 
6. For this KB we are blocking a sender but the process is the same for the others.
   1. Click Add senders/domain and add the email or domain you wish to block or allow 
   2. Type the email or domain, click the box that pops up to add it to the list 
   3. Click “add senders” at the bottom of the screen 
   4. Click “Done”
   5. Click “Save”
