Description: Proper method to whitelist/blacklist a sender or domain.

Procedure:

  1. Navigate to https://security.microsoft.com/antispam?tid=a1989840-3eb8-419d-a5a2-fc575c0bbb23
  2. You should end up on the Anti-spam policies screen A screenshot of a computer

  3. Click on Anti-spam inbound policy
  4. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click “Edit allowed and blocked senders and domains” A screenshot of a computer

  5. From here pick Sender or Domain that you wish to block or allow A screenshot of a computer

  6. For this KB we are blocking a sender but the process is the same for the others.
    1. Click Add senders/domain and add the email or domain you wish to block or allow A screenshot of a computer

    2. Type the email or domain, click the box that pops up to add it to the list A screenshot of a computer
