1) User may or may not give back laptop immediately. (depends on possible consultant situation)
2) Remove Namely app from Applications tab within Okta Admin (see screenshot below)

3) Add C to display name for Email\Okta

- Also CHANGE "User Type" from Employee to Contractor
5) Keep licenses active except O365, Keep with Business Premium. (dependent on each employee and how often
they'll be working for Mirum)
6) Review Box access
7) Update attributes in Okta as if he's a contractor
8) Reassign Okta groups as individual
