Room finder is not displaying conference rooms when scheduling meetings.

Description:
This guide will walk you through reverting to the legacy room finder in the Outlook DESKTOP application. This will not help with Room Finder on OWA.
Procedure:
Room finder can be used to easily see when a conference room is free to be scheduled.
How to access it?
- Launch the Outlook desktop application.
- Launch the Calendar
- Click New Meeting
- Click Scheduling Assistant
- Click Room Finder
- Click the “Room List drop-down on the right
- Choose between Basel Rooms, Foster City Rooms, and Zug Rooms
- All rooms under a particular list will load in the scheduling assistant.
If you are not seeing the view shown earlier but are instead seeing this, you will need to follow the steps below:
- From the Start menu, type regedit.exe in the search box, and then press Enter.
- If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
- In Registry Editor, navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Options\Calendar
- Right-click on Calendar and select New DWord (32-bit) value.
- Set the Name to ShowLegacyRoomFinder and press Enter.
- Right-click the new key, select Modify and set the Value data to 1.
- Close Registry Editor and restart Outlook.
PLEASE NOTE A BUSINESS PREMIUM LICENSE IS REQUIRED AS THEY WILL NEED ACCESS TO DESKTOP APPS FOR THIS WORKAROUND. If an license upgrade is required to give them desktop apps it will need to be approved by Bruce or Sam.
