          This guide explains how to handle requests for Concur.

 

Procedure:

 

Issues with Concur:

  1. This will run in browser via an OKTA Tile, basic browser troubleshooting should be performed if necessary.

Access requests or issues out of scope for SSIT:

  1. Forward to tyler.dockery@mirumpharma.com

 

Escalation:

 

If escalation is necessary, please escalate to Tier 2 as first POC, if Tier 2 is unavailable please escalate to SME.

 

If neither the Tier 2 nor SME is available, and the issue is urgent, escalate to Sam Li.
