Description :
How to create a DL/Shared Mailbox
Procedure:
New Distribution List:
Go to https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home?source=applauncher#/groups
1. Select "Distribution List"
2. Select "+ Add a distribution List"
3. Fill out info for Basics, Owners, Members, and Settings as requested from user (reference other DL's that are created to get a better idea what to fill in with)
4. Select finish and search up the DL to double check if it was submitted with the correct email requested
Shared Mailbox:
- Shared Mailbox – the advantage is there is a record of things sent to the shared mailbox

- Add read and manage permissions
Escalation:
If escalation is necessary, please escalate to Tier 2 as first POC, if Tier 2 is unavailable please escalate to SME.
If neither the Tier 2 or SME is NOT available and issue is urgent escalate to Sam Li.
