If a request has been submitted for granting access for a Non-Employee to a Mirum System:
1. Check Freshdesk for an IT ticket with this header Notification: New Hire Contractor/Consultant Onboarding Form <Non-Employee Name> for this Non-Employee. If you are unable to find a ticket please check Okta for an active account for the Non-Employee. If either an Okta account, an IN PROGRESS (open/pending), OR a COMPLETED (Closed/Resolved) ticket is found you may escalate accordingly per the escalation matrix.
2. If no IT Ticket exists and there is no Okta account, notify the requester that a completed Non-Employee IT Onboarding Form must be completed by a Mirum Hiring Manager to grant system access.
Please provide these Instructions to the requester:
Log into Okta and Click on the Non-Employee IT Onboarding Form tile. Refer to the screenshot below for the tile. Once the form has been completed for each contractor/consultant, we will notify you and your requested user once the account(s) have been created.
Advise them you will be closing the initial ticket (the one you are working on) and that they can re-request application access once they receive notice that the new account has been created.
If the user does not have this tile for some reason you can provide them with the link directly (shown below).

If an escalation is necessary, please escalate to Tier 2 as the first POC, if Tier 2 is unavailable please escalate to SME.
